Questions creators ask before they connect a channel
Plans, data sources, Auto fix, billing, and how account deletion works.
What counts toward my monthly limits?
Each audit, video report, calendar, or benchmark you generate. Automatic weekly audits and daily performance snapshots on Growth and Unlimited do not count against those limits.
Where does the data come from?
Public YouTube Data API information for any channel you paste in. If you connect your own channel on Unlimited, Creator Climb can also read your YouTube Analytics (watch time, average view duration, and net subscribers) after you approve that separate permission. Priority scores are estimates and are labeled that way.
What does Auto fix change?
Only video titles, descriptions, and tags. You preview every change first. Nothing is applied until you confirm, and Undo restores the original metadata.
Why is there no click-through-rate alert?
YouTube only exposes impressions CTR through bulk reporting jobs that finish a day or two later. Creator Climb does not show a number it cannot read reliably.
Can I switch or cancel a plan?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. You can cancel from the billing portal in Settings. Canceling stops renewal; it does not delete your account.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. That cancels an active subscription, revokes YouTube access, and deletes your Creator Climb profile, audits, reports, and saved memory. Type DELETE to confirm.
Do the free tools require an account?
No. The title, tag, and description generators run in your browser. The channel audit and upload-time lookup use public YouTube data and do not require a login. Saving a plan to your account does.
Is Creator Climb affiliated with YouTube?
No. It uses Google's official APIs. You can disconnect your channel at any time from the dashboard or Settings.
